1. Enquiry

The first step on the journey to your dream sauna.
You call or fill out the inquiry form.

We will get back to you as soon as possible and arrange a meeting.

2. A coffee or online meeting

Ideally, we will discuss your ideas in person, over coffee, maybe. Either in one of our showrooms in Prague, Brno, České Budějovice, and Bratislava or at the company headquarters in Brno. If we can't meet in person, a call will also do.

We will discuss your ideas and possibilities, sauna types, design and location. We will speak about the details you are interested in. We will recommend the most convenient solution and give your sauna a realistic basis.

3. Choosing materials and products

Together, we will go through the possible materials for saunas, beaches, and doors. You can actually touch samples on display. We will also discuss all sauna technologies such as types of heaters, lighting and sound systems.

This moment is the best for your questions and changes. Do you not understand something? Do you want to add a unique solution or have the most economical sauna possible? We will tune up the design according to your wishes.

Once you are sure of what you want, we will prepare the sauna design in digital form. We will send you a quotation based on the chosen materials and products and a time schedule for sauna manufacturing and installation.

4. Measuring and execution of a contract

We will come to you and measure the space for a sauna. Upon agreement of the design, we will conclude a contract. Then we will start manufacturing the interior and other sauna components at the workshop in line with the time schedule.

5. Sauna manufacturing and on-site installation

The usual lead time is 2-3 months, depending on the type and complexity of the sauna. Most products and materials are from Finland, but we usually have them available in our own biggest storage centre in the Czech Republic.

The actual installation on site takes about 1-2 days. We will prepare the structure and insulation, set the sauna in place, and connect the electronics. We will handle wall irregularities and other issues.

6. Sauna hand-over

Your sauna is finished, tested, and ready for the first session. Before you have it, we will explain how to take care of your sauna.
